Common fixes

Each one starts with the message the app shows on the setup checks page, in the submission log, or after you click something.

"HubSpot needs to be connected again"

HubSpot no longer accepts the app's access. While signed in, click Connect HubSpot and pick the same HubSpot account. Then click Resend next to each failed submission in the submission log. See step 2 of the setup guide.

"reCAPTCHA is on for the HubSpot form, so HubSpot refuses submissions sent by apps like this one."

In HubSpot, open the form, go to Options and turn off "Enable CAPTCHA". The spam protection on your Webflow form keeps running. Then click Resend next to each failed submission. See step 6 of the setup guide.

"These required HubSpot fields get no Webflow field, so every submission will be held: ..."

On the pairing's setup checks page, click "Edit the pairing" and map a Webflow field to each field named, or make the field optional in HubSpot. Then click Resend next to each held submission. See "Change or delete a pairing" in the setup guide.

"Held as possible spam: ..."

What the visitor typed has a link or a common spam word. It was not sent, and no email went out. If it is not spam, click "Release and send" next to it in the submission log. See step 6 of the setup guide.

"Not sent yet: the free plan sends 100 submissions a month, and this month's 100 are used." or "Not sent yet: the free plan covers 1 site, and this is another site."

Held submissions are kept, never dropped. Upgrade on the billing page and they are sent right away. See Pricing for what each plan covers.

"That Webflow form is already paired."

Each Webflow form fills one HubSpot form. Click "Edit that pairing" to pick another HubSpot form or match the fields again. See "Change or delete a pairing" in the setup guide.

"These mapped Webflow fields are no longer on the Webflow form: ..."

A Webflow field was renamed or removed after you saved the pairing, so submissions leave it out. Click "Edit the pairing" and match the fields again. See "Change or delete a pairing" in the setup guide.

"HubSpot has collected forms from your website before (non-HubSpot forms): ..."

If "Collect data from website forms" is still on in HubSpot, each submission reaches HubSpot twice. In HubSpot, go to Settings > Marketing > Forms > Non-HubSpot Forms tab and turn it off. Then click "I've turned it off" on the setup checks page. See step 5 of the setup guide.

"Webflow has this submission but HubSpot does not. Use Resend to send it again."

The daily check found a submission HubSpot never got. If an earlier row for it gave a reason, fix that first. Then click Resend next to it in the submission log. See "Resend a submission" in the setup guide.

"The paired HubSpot form no longer exists. Pair the Webflow form again."

The HubSpot form was deleted in HubSpot. On the pairing's setup checks page, click "Edit the pairing" and pick another HubSpot form. See "Change or delete a pairing" in the setup guide.
